Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and role model store operation standards
  • work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes
  • manage cash handling and ensure store safety

  • maintain effective communication with team and customers
  • handle scheduling and delegate tasks
