Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts to ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer service
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the efforts of two or more employees
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Maintain store operating policies including cash handling, safety, and security protocols
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes connection and community
- Support and develop team members through coaching and feedback
- Manage flexible scheduling and availability to meet store needs
