Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Lead the team during shifts to ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer service
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate the efforts of two or more employees
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
  • Maintain store operating policies including cash handling, safety, and security protocols
  • Foster a welcoming environment that promotes connection and community
  • Support and develop team members through coaching and feedback
  • Manage flexible scheduling and availability to meet store needs
