Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations including customer service and staff coordination
  • Coach and prepare team members to meet Starbucks quality standards for beverages and food
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and store safety protocols
  • Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among employees during shifts
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment
