Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
  • six months experience in a customer-facing role fulfilling customer requests
  • six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • ability to lead and direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to work well as part of a team
  • knowledge of retail store operations and cash handling
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • lead each store shift to ensure operational excellence
  • motivate and guide a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to recipe standards
  • handle cash and maintain store safety protocols
  • manage team communication and resolve customer concerns
  • maintain an encouraging and energetic store environment
