Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store security
  • At least six months of experience handling customer interactions
  • Have experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team efforts

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail or food service environment
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and delegate tasks to team members effectively
  • Coach and prepare food and beverage items to Starbucks’ standards including customized orders
  • Maintain store safety, cash handling, and compliance with operating policies
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
  • Support team collaboration and communication during shifts
