Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store security
- At least six months of experience handling customer interactions
- Have experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team efforts

- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail or food service environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shift operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage and delegate tasks to team members effectively
- Coach and prepare food and beverage items to Starbucks’ standards including customized orders
- Maintain store safety, cash handling, and compliance with operating policies
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
- Support team collaboration and communication during shifts
