Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Six months of customer interaction experience
  • Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and guide baristas during each shift

  • Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
