Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months of customer service experience
- Experience preparing and coaching food and beverage preparation
- Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Coach and develop partners to enhance their skills and performance
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure store safety and security compliance
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food products according to standard recipes and customized customer requests
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Monitor store inventory and communicate needs for restocking
