Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Lead and direct store team during shifts
- Prepare and coach team on food and beverage preparation to standard recipes
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Ensure quality customer service and resolve issues effectively
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of multiple employees
- Manage store environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Support partner development through feedback and coaching
