Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of customer-facing experience
- Experience in task delegation or team coordination
- Ability to prepare beverages and food according to standards or customized orders
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead daily shift operations to ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food according to standard recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate work of team members during shifts
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling and ensure operational policies are followed
- Support and mentor partners to enhance their skills and performance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
