Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Minimum six months experience in customer interaction role
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards or customizations
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with customers in a retail or food service setting
- Experience delegating or coordinating tasks among multiple employees
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
- Knowledge of retail operations and safety standards
- Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the store during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with Starbucks operational policies including cash handling and store safety
- Coach and prepare team members on the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests
- Delegate tasks to employees and oversee task completion to maintain efficient store operation
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes excellent customer service and builds community connections
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
