Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience in delegating tasks or supervising team members
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of retail store operations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- Lead shifts by modeling store operation standards
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes
- Maintain store safety and ensure proper cash handling
- Delegate tasks and guide team members effectively
- Create an uplifting and positive team environment
- Manage a fast-paced work environment while keeping calm and organized
