Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the store
- delegate tasks to team members and oversee their completion
- ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- manage cash handling and maintain store safety and security
- provide coaching and training to partners to enhance performance and service
- foster a warm and inclusive environment that promotes customer connection and engagement
- ensure compliance with store policies and operational standards
