Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months experience interacting with customers
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard and customized recipes
- At least six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team of two or more employees
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Coach and develop partners to deliver high-quality customer service and product preparation
- Manage cash handling process and ensure store safety and security
- Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Starbucks' brand values
- Support and enforce health and safety regulations within the store
- Drive sales initiatives and contribute to store performance goals
