Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate store staff during shifts
  • coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • maintain store operating policies and standards including safety and security
  • manage cash handling procedures accurately
  • provide quality customer service with a focus on connection and experience
  • delegate tasks and oversee completion by team members
  • ensure a welcoming environment for customers and partners
