Job Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience supervising or delegating tasks to two or more employees
- Ability to effectively communicate orally
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Capability to build relationships with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team members to prepare and serve coffee and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts
- Ensure quality control by maintaining product consistency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor store operations including cash handling, safety, and security procedures
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and partners
- Support attendance and punctuality standards
- Handle shift scheduling and communicate availability and operational needs
