Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe modifications

  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with retail environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Maintain store standards including cash handling, safety, and security
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and build community connections
  • Delegate tasks effectively among team members to optimize workflow
  • Monitor and maintain quality control for beverages and food offerings
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
