Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages, cash handling and store safety
- have at least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes including modifications
- have at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment of at least one year
- ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties
- lead each shift and model store operations standards
- work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and products

- delegate tasks and coordinate team members effectively
- communicate clearly with partners and customers
