Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • Minimum six months of experience interacting constantly with customers
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with cash handling and store safety
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrated focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Open to learning new skills and beverage recipes

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by managing team effectively and maintaining store operations
  • Motivate and support team members to deliver quality customer service
  • Ensure adherence to Starbucks standards for beverage and food preparation
  • Handle cash and maintain store safety protocols
  • Communicate clearly with team and customers
  • Coach and develop team members in operational practices
  • Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
