Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • comply with store operating policies and standards including cash handling, food and beverage quality, and safety measures
  • possess six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • experience in preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months of experience in delegating and coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead and direct store operations during shifts to meet company standards
  • coach and prepare partners in food and beverage preparation according to standard recipes or customer modifications
  • manage cash handling procedures and ensure store safety and security
  • delegate and coordinate tasks among team members to maintain operation efficiency
  • provide excellent customer service by interacting positively and addressing customer needs
  • maintain store policies and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • support the development and growth of partners through effective communication and feedback
