Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- At least 6 months interacting directly with customers to fulfill their requests
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- At least 6 months delegating or coordinating tasks involving two or more employees

- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least 1 year
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees for at least 6 months

Job Duties
- Lead shift operations and ensure adherence to Starbucks standards
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and beverages
- Maintain a positive and motivating team environment
- Manage cash handling and store safety procedures
- Coach and train team members on product preparation and customer service
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among staff during shifts
- Keep calm and effective communication in a fast-paced environment
