Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
  • six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead the store team during shifts and provide guidance
  • ensure quality customer service and product consistency
  • coach and support baristas in beverage preparation and customer interactions
  • manage cash handling and store safety procedures
  • maintain an energetic and positive work environment
  • handle operational tasks including opening and closing responsibilities
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
