Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of customer interaction experience
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees

- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience leading or coordinating teams
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
