Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of relevant customer service experience
- Six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
- Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

- Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate the work of store employees
- Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store security
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient store environment
- Coach and train employees to enhance performance and customer service
- Implement store policies and operational standards
- Foster a positive team environment and build strong customer relationships
