Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of relevant customer service experience
  • Six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate the work of store employees
  • Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain store security
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient store environment
  • Coach and train employees to enhance performance and customer service
  • Implement store policies and operational standards
  • Foster a positive team environment and build strong customer relationships
