Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comply with store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • Six months of experience interacting and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standards and customized orders
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment and store operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork
  • Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate the work of team members during shifts
  • Ensure quality standards for beverages and food products
  • Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
  • Coach and develop partners in beverage and food preparation
  • Manage store operations according to company policies
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Support team collaboration and effective communication
