Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months experience in employee task delegation and coordination
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead team members during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
  • coach and prepare food and beverages according to Starbucks recipes
