Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards or customized recipes
  • at least six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
