Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months experience in customer interaction roles
- Six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks to employees
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard and customized recipes
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- Handle cash responsibly ensuring accuracy and security
- Coach and guide team members in food and beverage preparation following standard and customized recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among two or more employees
- Ensure store safety and security procedures are followed
- Deliver effective oral communication and build strong interpersonal relationships with team and customers
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for partners and customers
