Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
  • Six months experience interacting with customers
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
  • Ability to direct and motivate team members
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality beverages
  • Monitor and maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
  • Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive community space
  • Manage flexible work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
