Job Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
- Six months experience interacting with customers
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
- Ability to direct and motivate team members
- Strong oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality beverages
- Monitor and maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety protocols
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive community space
- Manage flexible work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
