Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control and cash handling
- Six months experience interacting and fulfilling requests of customers
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation including recipe customization
- At least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities

Job Duties
- Lead and direct store operations during shifts including cash handling, safety, and security
- Coach and prepare food and beverages to meet standard recipes or customer modifications
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members effectively
- Ensure consistent quality in beverage and food offerings
- Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
- Monitor attendance and punctuality within the team
- Uphold store operating policies and standards
