Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control and cash handling
  • Six months experience interacting and fulfilling requests of customers
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation including recipe customization
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct store operations during shifts including cash handling, safety, and security
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages to meet standard recipes or customer modifications
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members effectively
  • Ensure consistent quality in beverage and food offerings
  • Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality within the team
  • Uphold store operating policies and standards
