Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • be available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety
  • six months of experience in a customer-facing position
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards or customized requests
  • six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
