Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Minimum six months experience interacting constantly with customers
  • Minimum six months experience delegating tasks to employees
  • Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least 1 year
  • Experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead each shift and act as a role model
  • Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • Maintain store operations standards including cash handling and safety
  • Motivate and guide team members
  • Ensure quality and consistency of products
  • Manage fast-paced, energetic store environment
  • Communicate effectively with partners and customers
