Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- six months experience in constant customer interaction role
- prepare and coach food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- lead store operations during each shift
- work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
- coach and prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes

- ensure compliance with store operating policies and quality standards
