Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months experience in constant customer interaction role
  • prepare and coach food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
  • six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead store operations during each shift
  • work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • coach and prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
  • deploy and guide team members effectively
  • handle cash and maintain store safety and security
  • create and maintain an encouraging team environment
  • ensure compliance with store operating policies and quality standards
