Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality of products, cash handling, and safety with or without accommodation
- Six months experience interacting and fulfilling customer requests
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- At least six months experience in customer-facing roles
- Minimum six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to learn quickly and build relationships
Job Duties

- Coach and prepare team members in food and beverage preparation
