Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
  • at least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment of at least one year

Job Duties

  • Lead the store during shifts to ensure smooth operational flow
  • motivate and support baristas and store team
  • deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted beverages
  • maintain store safety and security standards
  • oversee cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • train and coach new partners and team members
  • manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively
