Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes such as temperature quantity of ingredients or substitutions
- six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
- six months of experience in a supervisory or task-delegating position
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of retail environment
- ability to learn quickly
- ability to direct work of others
Job Duties
- lead shifts by supervising and coaching partners
- ensure quality preparation of beverages and food according to company standards
- manage cash handling and maintain store safety and security
