Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards regarding product quality, cash handling, and store safety
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes with customers
- six months experience in a customer-facing role
- six months experience managing or coordinating team tasks
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of experience interacting with and serving customers
- at least six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees or coordinating employee activities
- effective oral communication skills
- strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- ability to direct the work of others
- knowledge of the retail environment
- ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead store operations during shifts
- coach and prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- ensure compliance with store safety and security policies
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain quality and consistency in product delivery
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
