Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
- six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipes or customizations
- six months of experience supervising or delegating tasks to two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- effective oral communication skills

Job Duties
