Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • at least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer customization, including recipe changes such as temperature or ingredient substitutions

Job Duties

  • handle cash transactions and ensure store safety protocols
  • prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team activities
  • maintain an encouraging and positive team environment
  • communicate effectively with team members and customers
