Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety and security
- at least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- at least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- ability to keep cool and calm in a fast paced work environment
- excellent communication skills

- manage customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
