Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in customer service roles
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating team efforts
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work as part of a team

  • ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

  • ensure store operating policies and quality standards are met including beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • prepare and coach team members on food and beverage recipes and customer customizations
  • delegate tasks and coordinate work among two or more employees

  • handle customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues
