Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, safety and security
- Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Delegate tasks to and coordinate two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months experience coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties
- Lead store shifts ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- coach and prepare food and beverages according to Starbucks standards
- delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members
