Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards for quality, safety, and security
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- At least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

- Six months of customer service experience
- Six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks to employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts
- Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared according to standard recipes or customer customization
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Support partner development through coaching and feedback
