Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling, and safety
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of customer interaction experience
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks with multiple employees
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to direct work of others
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • knowledge of retail or coffeehouse environment

Job Duties

  • Lead store shifts by supervising and supporting partners
  • ensure quality and consistency in food and beverage preparation
  • deliver excellent customer service and build strong community relationships
  • oversee cash handling and store safety procedures
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts effectively
  • coach and develop team members
  • maintain compliance with store policies and standards
