Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- meet store operating policies and standards
- six months experience in customer service role
- six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of experience interacting with customers
- experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
- ability to direct work of others
- effective oral communication skills
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- knowledge of retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead store operations during shifts
- coach and prepare food and beverages to Starbucks standards
- delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- ensure compliance with store policies including safety and cash handling
- foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers
- maintain quality control of products served
- manage scheduling and attendance during shifts
