Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- coach and support partners in preparing food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization
- maintain quality control for beverages and food products
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
- uphold store operating policies including cash handling and safety standards
- provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
- manage store environment to promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
