Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • comply with store operating policies and standards
  • six months of experience with direct customer interaction
  • ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to recipes
  • six months of supervisory or coordinating experience

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating teams

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations and ensure adherence to Starbucks standards
  • coach and develop barista team members
  • maintain quality control of beverages and food products
  • handle cash management and ensure store safety
  • foster a positive and motivating team environment
  • manage customer service excellence and resolve issues
  • support scheduling and workflow coordination
