Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance
- delegate tasks to team members and coordinate their activities
- coach staff in the preparation of food and beverages following standard and customized recipes
- maintain store quality, safety, and security standards
- provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs and concerns
- monitor cash handling processes and ensure accuracy
- foster a positive team environment and build relationships with partners and customers
