Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance
  • delegate tasks to team members and coordinate their activities
  • coach staff in the preparation of food and beverages following standard and customized recipes
  • maintain store quality, safety, and security standards
  • provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs and concerns
  • monitor cash handling processes and ensure accuracy
  • foster a positive team environment and build relationships with partners and customers
