Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
  • Ability to comply with safety and security requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work for two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure efficient store performance
  • Coach and prepare team members in beverage and food preparation according to Starbucks standards
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain store safety and security
  • Maintain high-quality customer service and fulfill customer requests
  • Delegate tasks to team members to coordinate shift activities
  • Monitor and enforce store operating policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both partners and customers
