Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Six months experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- Ability to comply with safety and security requirements
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work for two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure efficient store performance
- Coach and prepare team members in beverage and food preparation according to Starbucks standards
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain high-quality customer service and fulfill customer requests
- Delegate tasks to team members to coordinate shift activities
- Monitor and enforce store operating policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both partners and customers
