Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality service, cash handling, safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months customer service experience
- at least six months experience in a supervisory or leadership role delegating tasks to team members
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
- knowledge of retail operations preferred
- ability to work well as part of a team and build relationships
Job Duties
- lead the store team during your shift ensuring smooth operations
- delegate tasks to team members and coordinate workflows
- ensure quality beverage and food preparation following standard recipes and customer specifications
- uphold store safety, security, and cash handling policies
- provide excellent customer service and build meaningful customer connections
- coach and mentor partners to enhance their skills and performance
- maintain compliance with company policies and standards
