Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Six months experience interacting constantly with customers
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams

Job Duties
- Lead store shifts ensuring operational standards are met
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
- Coach team members in preparing food and beverages to standard recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain store safety and security throughout shifts
- Motivate and guide the team to create a positive work environment
- Communicate effectively with partners and customers to resolve issues
